Surgical site infection - fluctuant collection on US of transplant kidney or wound area
Pyelo of transplant kidney - organisms in urine
Gastrointestinal infection post antibiotics - C.Diff on stool culture
Acute rejection (inadequate suppression) - Acute renal failure
Other lupus complications - eg: pericarditis (ECG changes, effusions on echo)
