Biphasic T-waves V2 – V5 OR terminal T-wave inversion OR classic Wellen’s waves (Pattern A)
Preserved R-waves in involved leads
No signs of LVH in the involved leads
(Less good: No ST changes meeting reperfusion criteria, LAD, No precordial Q waves)
Dx = Wellens Syndrome
Pathology = Critical proximal LAD lesion
