IMPORTANT SHIT
Hypoglycaemia, Hypotension, Bradycardia
Propranolol has sodium channel blockade - treat like TCA. Crosses BBB = CNS effects
Sotalol = Blocks K+ channels >> Long QT >>TdP

SPECIFIC ANTIDOTE
Ventricular arrhythmia - Bicarb 2mmol/kg + repeat to perfusing rhythm (Lignocaine 1mg/kg if fails, Heroics = intralipid)
Hypotension - Norad/adrenaline infusion
BradycardIa - Isoprenaline/adrenaline (Atropine can be trialed to 1.8g)
HIET - 1u/kg actrapid + 50 mL 50% dextrose. Stat + 0.5-1u/hr IV insulin. Aim BSL 6-8
Notes on Glucagon - probably not an antidote but answer in lots of exam Q’s
Endpoint - HR >50, MAP >65
