Response
Major = “CASES” - Carditis, Arthritis (Mono or poly), Subcutaneous (rheumatic) nodules, Erythema Marginatum, Sydenham’s Chorea
Minor = “1FAB” - 1st degree AV block (Long PR), Fever, Arthralgia (mono), Bloods (ESR, CRP, WCC)
Major = “CASES” - Carditis, Arthritis (Mono or poly), Subcutaneous (rheumatic) nodules, Erythema Marginatum, Sydenham’s Chorea
